We went to Philidelphia for the day and loved the Revolutionary museum. That was spectacular. As part of that, we saw the tent that George Washington lived in for 8 years. Seth bought himself a minuteman hat but could not understand why the security guard saluted him as a minuteman. It was so hot!
We hopped the border and spent the day in New Jersey. They have a water/amusement park called Diggerland. We went swimming first, did all the rides, then back over to the swimming because it was so hot. I even got heat blisters on my lips from that day.
Seth really wanted a Ninja Turtle ice cream. When he got it, the eyes were so funny.
This was Ada and Sam's favorite ride.
Yes I'm a mom... everyone else dug holes and I put all the dirt back into them.
Sam was disappointed that the jeeps only went 2 miles an hour but Seth was thrilled that he got to drive for the first time.
It's like Thors hammer.... keep her in place.
