Evelyn's dance pictures

We bought a couple of pictures of Evelyn from the dance studio. It's fun watching her grow.

 

Evelyn's parent shows

Evelyn had her parent shows this last week.  Her Acro class only has two students.  It's helped them both get pretty close to each other and it's cute.  They cheer for each other and both have different strengths. Evelyn's cartwheels are looking straight and controlled.  Her splits are lower than I've ever seen too.  Jer, Sam and I were able to make it to this show.

The ballet show was a lot harder to make it to.  It was during both Jer and my work hours, and Jer had to be at the office in person... So Ada took Evelyn and watched the first half of it before a friend's performance at MVHS, and Jer and Sam watched the second half and picked her up.  I was sad to not have seen it, but I'm glad that she had support!

Evelyn was so shy about using these uneven bars, then she randomly got up and did a backbend on them... after that she got down and left them alone again.  Funny girl.

Acro show

Evelyn was supposed to be in the older acro class.... but it was in the middle of YW's.... so Evelyn is the momma hen with the little kids class.  They're all stuff that she already knows how to do, but she definitely does them with more precision now.  She's so cute with the little kids.

 

Odessa and the Titans

 

Demeter made these little flower bracelets for all the little ballet dancers that she danced with.  Evelyn was so happy.

Somehow I managed to delete the pictures of Evelyn's pictures of the acro performance that she did, but we took a couple pictures Friday night in her costume.
