Robertson cousins

Duncan, Graham, Sam, Seth, Ian cousin time at Robertson's house.

Ada and Dad being silly.

Graham is now taller than me.  That's fun.  He's also a band lover.  Sam and him chatted forever.

random tidbits

Ward fall party

Seth's robot. He builds fun stuff and the daycare kids always love what he's built.... but then he's sad when they break his stuff to build things themselves.  I told him that we could take a picture and then give them a chance to build cool things too.

Seth planned, shopped for and made bacon mac n cheese for dinner for us.   The first attempt didn't go well, but the second was delicious.

We went to Cristina's daughter's birthday party on Saturday.  Mia is 4 now.  She's not afraid of me any more and is so cute.

Instead of a birthday cake on his birthday, Seth asked to have ice cream at Farr's.  They have yummy ice cream and free games.  I loved the pinball machine, but it's not there anymore.

For his birthday dinner, he wanted Ramen noodles... He's a cute noodle lover.

Our dwarf pear is so loaded this year!

My Mom's cousin (I think it was Deena Harding) painted this for Aunt Margaret for her birthday.  I love it.

The 4 biological Ellis siblings.  We missed taking a picture with Reid by just a minute, but he did come up for the Ellis Reunion.

Back to school

Ada the 10th grader driving us to school on her first day. Nervous and excited for high school.

Evelyn the 7th grader. She's been so happy with how many friends are going from her charter school to the Jr. High.

9th grade Sammy.  Still doing great.

Ada and Evelyn started school on a Tuesday. Sam joined on Wednesday and Seth started on Thursday.  On Wednesday, Seth and I took Jack to the Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum.

Seth's first day of 4th grade.  He got everyone's favorite teacher.  Mrs. Muhlestein.  She really has been amazing.

Back to school party

The Clingers hosted us for a back to school night movie.  We watched the Emperor's New Groove and ate Peruvian food.  It was fun and I always enjoy talking with them. The Clingers were our Home teachers years ago.  They've never stopped ministering to us.  I love them even more for it.

Travelling Tabernacle

So three of our kids got to volunteer to be part of the travelling tabernacle.  Seth and I got to go visit them and see the event.  Jer had to work late.  Between shuttling kids, being the Elders Quorum president and his physical therapy.... he's had to do a lot of make up time for his job.

I didn't get a picture of Ada, but she and Sam were both presenters for the Camp of Israel.  They did such a spectacular job.  I'm so proud of both of them.

Evelyn, Alana and Kimmy were the presenters at the laver. Such a cute little girl! She's not so little.  She's 12, but I feel like she's still so young.

Our neighbor, Seis was the presenter in this room.

Dinosaur Island

So my friend, Beth, invited us to Thanksgiving Point for Dinosaur Island.  Ada wasn't interested, but the other three kids were.  Seth and Evelyn loved it.  Sam tolerated it happily but wasn't super excited.  It's so weird going from ... all the kids love all the activities to.... teenagers are too cool for things like this.  I enjoyed the walk.  It was fun and I loved see the kids having fun.

Rhees Family

This is such a fun family.  They're sweet and playful.  It's fun to get to know them and try not to freeze in the cold rain!  It was...
