We're not huge sports watching fans, but my dad loves to watch them and my brother, McKay, and his family love watching football especially. McKay and Sophie went for a weekend away and that left his kids at my parents' house. We had a blast. We played pickleball at the park, had yummy food together, played games, watched movies and just hung out. They wanted to do a Superbowl party, so we did. Sam did his first big faux pax. He was making brownies and accidentally added Worcestershire sauce instead of vanilla. He knew right away from the smell and started again. Whoops. My mom once made a pie when she was about Sam's age and sprinkled salt on top instead of sugar. I love it. These are all fun growing moments.
Emma asked me to watch her two babies for a little because she had a SLC errand to run and her husband had put his back out. We were going to the park anyways, so I watched the baby and whoever wanted to took turns following Peter around. It was fun and all my kids got to meet Rosie for the first time.
This is D&D with Uncle Seth.
