Nellie's birthday

 

For Nellie's birthday, we went up to Sundance and rode the gondolas up the mountain.  It was fun and I enjoyed chatting with each person as we went up and back.  Then we went out for lunch before I headed back to take care of Evelyn after school needs.  Happy birthday Nella!

We got invited to Nellie's bday lunch.  That was fun to have time that we weren't working that we could sit and chat.  Seth also threw her a cute birthday party.  I got confused and thought it was at their house instead of my parents house, so we were late, but we made it and got to hug her before she went and took a nap.

Cora's birthday

On Cora's birthday every year, the Gilchrists sign a balloon and release it.  We were lucky enough to be able to join them this year.

We got to hang out with Wendee and Gian too.

And Adalee joined us from France.  It will be fun to get to know her a little bit.

 

Mindy

My cousin, Mindy, graduated from the University of Utah this last week.  She's a good woman that works hard and loves what she does. I'm so glad that I got to wish her well. And I'm so glad that I got to say hi to cousins I haven't see in years. I saw Tyrone for the first time in almost 20 years and Eric for the first time in 10.  I loved being able to catch up and be with them for a while.  My Mom came with me. She knew it was going to be hard for her to get to the pavilion, but she came anyways. Time with family is worth physical pain.

Me and Eric. Janelle, Eric and I went to High School together and Eric's biological sister was my foster sister. He's a proud father and grandpa. I love that he's thriving.

Thanksgiving point tulip festival

My sister invited me to go with her and my parents to the tulip festival. It's always so beautiful.

 

Dahlia show

My sister, Janelle, has a pass to Thanksgiving Point and invited me to join her and my parents to the Dahlia Days.  They were so pretty and it was so fun to be with them.
