Zoo

We got to go to the zoo with our friends.  I already posted about it, but I finally had time to post pictures.

Instead of the elephants, they now have camels in their place.

This was my favorite cat.  He looks so grumpy.

Evelyn was taking pictures for about half the time.  Almost every picture she got was some kind of cat.

 

This Week

This week, we got to participate in Walter's baptism, which Jer said was spectacular. (I ended up staying home to help Ada finish packing for Nationals). We got Ada off to Nationals in California, where she still is.  We picked up Evelyn and Sam from FSY.  Took Evelyn and Seth to the zoo with Jack and Rose before they left to be with their Dad for the rest of the summer.  Got three hair cuts, two oil changes, three vet visits, and dinner with the Tarkington and Hansen cousins.... it's been a busy week.  Sam and Evelyn loved FSY but both came home emotionally and physically exhausted.

Ada had to work and Sam didn't want to come, so it was just me and the younger two.  It was such nice weather!  It was overcast and a little rainy.... really only sunny for the last hour.
