Marrakech Morocco Day 2

I forgot to mention that Morocco is one of the places that Algebra and studying the stars was developed. It's pretty cool and it would make sense that because of proximity, why Portugal would develop ship navigating skills much sooner using both those techniques. This was our last full day of our trip. Jer found a company that will take you on a hot air balloon ride over the desert, feed you breakfast in a tent and then let you ride camels before driving you back to the city.  Ada was up sick all night and still wasn't up for something away from a bathroom like that, so I stayed with her and consolidated our bags and Jer and Uncle Seth took the other three.  We figured that this was the closest we could get to the Sahara desert while we were there without actually extending our trip. Evelyn's not a big fan of heights or loud noises and Sam has allergic reactions whenever we have him ride a horse, so we weren't sure how this would go.  My Mom suggested taking earplugs for the hot air balloon. Evelyn and Seth stood towards the middle of the the basket and Sam didn't have any reaction to the camels besides falling off it's back.  All in all it turned out great.  Since I wasn't there, this is everything that Jer said about the day. It was really cool seeing them land the hot air balloon on the back of a truck so that they didn't have to pick it up.  It was really cool seeing the Atlas mountains in the morning sunlight.  The food was good and very similar to what our hosts had made us the day before. There were baby camels and the guys guiding the camels made little camels out of palm leaves to give to the kids. Sam was half-way onto the camel when a guy sat on the front camel before he was supposed to.  All the camels were tied together and stood up because the front was loaded. Sam did the splits and then fell off. He's okay and it makes for an awesome story at least.  Sam fell off a camel. Once they were loaded, the camel kept turning and bonking Sam with his nose.  They had a great time and I'm glad that that was one of the things to end with.
After everyone got back to the Airbnb, Jer and Seth went and maneuvered that giant van out of the parking lot and out of the old town.  They turned it back in and Jer was glad to see the back of it.  I'm grateful that Jer was so amazing with it and Seth said that he didn't even stall it once that last day. After a relatively relaxing nap and time to have everyone finish packing bags and showering, we left Ada locked up in the Airbnb and went to get dinner.  It was delicious but we finished eating and were waiting for the bill at exactly the same time that the sunset and the staff went to eat their dinner.  We waited for about 40 minutes just to pay the bill.  We took Ada some soup, but she wasn't quite up for it.  I think we knew it was our last dinner there because we over ordered and ended up with too much food that we couldn't take home because it would just end up in the trash there.
