Our neighborhood had an easter party on Saturday. We have a potluck breakfast and then the kids find the 1000 eggs that the 11 year old and older kids have hidden all over the neighborhood. It was Ada's first time hiding eggs. I think she had some fun, but it was a little sad for her not to get eggs this time. She did help Seth with his egg hunt. That was really cute.
We skipped our soccer games to spend the day meeting our new baby cousin, Thea and to be with Grandma and Grandpa Wilcox before they go back to their mission. We colored eggs, hid them, found them, took newborn pictures of Thea, chatted... it was a fun day.
Vivien has decided that she really likes Uncle Jeremy since she stayed over at our house. She would play with him, give him stuff, ask him for help. So cute. I love seeing Jer with both his own kids and his nieces and nephews.
This is what grandpa called the mad scientist. Sam + crazy hair + crazy concoction = mad scientist
These girls are growing so much!
The "Easter Bunny" kept a couple eggs in his pocket and on his stomach. Seth thought that was so funny and giggled while he took the eggs out of his pocket.
Everyone, Seth and Evelyn included, helped Vivien put eggs into her baskets.
Sam loved that some of the eggs had money in them. I think he would prefer if they were all money.
