Friday night we went kayaking at Utah Lake. It was fun, and definitely an arm work out with lugging the boats up and down the shore and working against the waves when they got choppy. Jer made it extra fun for the kids by pretending that they were a ship and I was the pirate after them. We couldn't have got the kayak back to the truck without Janelle though... My arms were so dead and the kayak is about 90 lbs without water in it. My mom watched the baby and he loved being fawned over and being given toys and food.
Saturday was an awesome baptism.
Monday, Jer went to help his grandparents sort out the stuff that his grandpa decided to bring up from Arizona. I took the kids to the Disney store and did a water color painting session with them in the back yard. And then we went caselot shopping to replenish our neglected food storage.
All in all a good weekend.
