Allergic reation
I feel like a big brown bear... you know how they sidle up to trees and scratch up and down? That's what I feel like right now. Sunday I broke out in hives. I have big, itchy, red splotches up my chest, neck arms and a little on my face and in my hair line. All I want to do is grab a hold of a rough tree and scratch up and down. I'm doing my best not to touch though.
They think that I'm having an allergic reaction to either the HCG shot that they gave me to make me ovulate or the Progesterone that I have to be taking for the next month. I've done both of these before, but man.... ouch. It's worth it one way or another though.... If I get pregnant, it's worth it. If I don't, at least I know that we did all we could for now.
I'm on Benadryll, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. Darn.

Try some lavender essential oil
and that pink lotion for chicken pox. It helps. Sorry - I got that when I had to take an antibiotic via IV, not sure its name but you can't get it outside the hospital. It sucked. Red splotches and constant itching for three days. Sending a hug your way!
