yes he is cool! I checked his progress off facebook. I think that is amazing for him to keep running them. And I laughed when you said he took four naps. My in-law spencer crashes after he runs his triathlons. So the day after he just sleeps in a hotel while his kids watch tv or hang out with grandparents. That is crazy! And so sorry about your rotten day. I swear those days just kill you.
