actually a little late

I'm actually a little late but here's some cute pictures of our Memorial Day outing... we went to Salem pond and played... it was fun to give undivided attention to the kids as a couple instead of just one or the other of us.

Don't know what he's looking at, but cute anyways.

This would be a fun place for family pictures.

I loved that Jer got under the bridge to see how it worked... Love my engineer!

I don't like pictures of me... they remind me how fat I am (and don't try to say otherwise)... I honestly don't feel that fat. But here's proof that I do play with my kids not just carry a camera around.

Sammy didn't quite get the whole feeding the ducks thing... I guess he thought he was a duck and he wasn't about to give up his bread to the others.

My beautiful little Ada!  I really do think that she is gorgeous!

Isn't it funny how we think we are ugly or what not, but then we look at our children that look just like us, and think they are beautiful?

...and also, how people don't care what you look like? I mean, Grace doesn't know that I have a bunch of stretch marks or if I have a zit on my face. She doesn't know if I have a bad haircut or not. And James doesn't care. he still loves me. it's nice to know that we don't have to have perfect bodies to feel happy and loved. And you are definitely loved.

Also - these photos are precious! I love them so much. you need MORE of you, Rosanne. I know how it is, being the photographer, photos of yourself become few and far between. But when you are old, your kids will wish they had photos WITH their mom. So make Jer take more of you with the kiddos. you may not like how you look, but they will only see the mother they love, and will be so happy to have a memory recorded with a photograph that they can look at for years to come.

i like your haircut. it looks good on you.

This is such a fun family.  They're sweet and playful.  It's fun to get to know them and try not to freeze in the cold rain!  It was...
