Seth's 12th birthday

This sweet boy turned 12.  He is starting to feel grown up and capable.  I love his wit and joy.  I love his building skills.  He's a fun sidekick that can now legally sit in the front seat.

Ada said we should make seth a 6-7 cake as a joke...

Seth wanted to do a climbing escape room for his birthday.  I sat at the table and everyone left to play.  It was fun enough that I didn't see anyone except for pizza and cake.   Win of a party.

 

Splash summit

Cristina invited us to her work party at Splash Summit.  We had a blast and I really enjoyed being with her as a friend instead of a caregiver.  

 

Sam's FSY

Ada had a disco party with her friends.

I made lentils while Sam was away.

Syl wanted to help write in Ada's Book of Mormon journal with me.

Jer dropped Sam off at the UVU FSY, I got to pick him up.  He had a great time and has had a renewed commitment to personal scripture studying. I love this sweet boy of mine and it's an absolute joy to see his spirit grow.

 

Music day

 

Beth invited us to a try instruments day.  It was so fun!  Sam flitted from each one asking questions and loving all of them.  He's in love with the french horn and the Oboe teacher was in love with Sam... I liked playing the harp and Evelyn liked the banjo. Seth liked the electric guitar and the drums.
