FBLA Nationals

Ada got to compete at the Orlando FBLA competition this year.  She had such a fun time. They competed, went to Sea World, Disneyworld, Universal Studio, etc...They got caught at Universal for three hours waiting for Tropical Storms to clear up before they could go back to their hotel.

Bear Lake Ellis Reunion #1

Ada asked if Alexx could come with us to Bear Lake this year.  That was fun.

We had a night of just our family at the lake, so we invited one of my daycare families over that was staying in Garden City.  That was fun to see them and it was funny to see all the kids faces as they tried to figure out why I was somewhere not in the daycare.

There were so many baby birds at the lake this year.  One out of this nest fell out and died, but it was fun to see the birds anyways.

 

Seth's 10!

I can't believe that I don't have any kids in the single digits anymore!  That's crazy!  Seth is an amazing kid.  He's creative and excited. He's smart and loves to be with people.  Our cats are his babies, and he loves to tease Ada.  We're usually out of town on his birthday, so he asked for a birthday party this year.  We are friends with the Bricks N Minifigs family, so we hosted his party there. We raced Lego cars, had cake and built Lego people.  Emma had her baby, Annie, so the Brashers were in town too.  That means that we were able to have Samuel Brasher come with us.  That was fun. (Because it was a Lego party, he got all Legos for his gifts... he was so thrilled.)
