missionary homecoming/farewell

We had the joy of being able to attend Mariah's farewell and Aubrey's Homecoming.  They worked well together speaking with the spirit and we enjoyed a musical number by Jon and them. Mariah said it's only the 2nd time they've ever performed with their dad.  I'm glad that they had that opportunity.

Pre- mission get together

Play day with Hansen and Tarkington families.

Memorial Day

Jer and the kids all had Memorial Day off... and all my daycare got picked up by 2 so we took advantage of the time together.  We tried the kronut (ice cream/donut) shop that opened up near by. And we went to Neptune park. It was a fun day.

Bear Lake work weekend

So work week came and we drove up friday night to spend the night before working at the cabin.  There was a swimming pool where we were staying. The kids had a blast swimming.

This is my amazing Uncle Doug and Aunt Linda. I love them and all they do to bring the spirit into our family.  We talked about how she served a mission at the MTC. She was an "investigator" and she and Sharon were talking about how repeating the basics of the gospel really solidified their testimonies.  That is a testimony in and of itself.

Jer burned weeds.

Seth, Viv and Thea "sold" treats at the door.

I was the temporary sprinkler system

Landon was part of the new bathroom crew.

Ada power washed EVERYTHING.  She was joking that she would just go in the lake to wash off.... she was wet enough already.

Sam and Seth were smoking out voles.

Snowball fight

Every June when our snow ball blossoms go brown we have a snowball fight. We only had about half a daycare, but Seth had so much fun. I'm afraid Heather took the brunt of it. Her son was determined to get him.
