Evelyn was supposed to be in the older acro class.... but it was in the middle of YW's.... so Evelyn is the momma hen with the little kids class. They're all stuff that she already knows how to do, but she definitely does them with more precision now. She's so cute with the little kids.

Friday
The kids had no school on Friday for teacher prep day. Seth played with Alyssa the day before. Sam and Evelyn happily played video games. Ada went and did her driver's test and now is a legal driver in our home! I'm so proud of her. I didn't realized that it's about 80 hours of work to get a license. She did every bit of it too.
Seth school field trip to the planetarium
I used to be on every school trip I could. Now that's less often, but I got to be on Seth's trip to the Planetarium. It was so fun and I was only in charge of 3 kids.
This was my favorite hands on experience. They used dry ice to show movement of matter through space.
Seth got "land the mars rover".
Elder Robertson
While Aubrey is on her mission, we've been enjoying seeing Henry leave for his mission to St. George and Mariah get her mission call for Hong Kong. I have no doubt that both of these missionaries will put in their all and grow so much spiritually.
Seth and Evelyn got to go to Rose's birthday party.
I was blessed to meet this awesome woman!
Seth hand sewed this one for his social studies class. He was so shocked when I showed him where he had stitched in Bear Lake.
Let me see if I get this right. These boys have had recent growth spurts.
Graham, Wesley, Emily, Ian, Duncan, Henry, James.
Nap time for daycare
Grandma and Grandpa got to have their missionary for 24 hours between picking him up at the airport and dropping him off at the MTC. He's now in Kanab.
Chocolate party
We all had the flu last December when we were going to do the chocolate party. We rescheduled it for January and it went well. There were so many people that asked where Jer's cute dad was. It was so cute.
Sam's "taller"
Mom
My Mom had a knee surgery a few weeks ago. While she was recovering, she stopped being able to keep anything down and ended up in the ER twice. They found a tumor in her kidney and ended up taking it out. It was cancerous, but thankfully an operation to get it out is all that they're recommending. The type of cancer had something to do with cancer of the veins around the kidney. She's slowly getting better and I've been so happy to spend time with her and my dad.
Beginning of January
Ada had to do her instructor driving hours and I just happen to have a friend that's a driving instructor. Robyn did really well with Ada and I'm proud of Ada's maturity and ability.
Evelyn, Ada, Seth, Jack, Beth and I made candles together. That was fun.
Then Evelyn and Rose made a cake on Evelyn's new cake maker.
Jer and I had scheduled a sealing session with my parents and Inez and Tom at the Provo temple to say goodbye to it before it gets torn down and rebuilt. My mom was sick and Tom had to work, so it was Jer, Inez and me.
Dedication
After Ada's driving, I introduced her to Red Maple. The best chinese food I've ever tasted.
The cats aren't allowed to just walk around the house, so the kids have been bringing them in to cuddle on their blankets.
