Cousins

I love how cousins play. We have Rachel and Anya over to play... They turned off all the lights in the house and scaring the ghosts with flashlights.

Fleas

Sam says that Grandma Wilcox has fleas and now that he is sick he must have fleas too. I think he means germs.

Post Halloween Party

Our Robertson Halloween party was post Halloween this time. I love this one every year because of the gigantic leaf pile. John and Diane came with their kids and Jer's cousin Julie brought her kids too.  Fun day.

Friends

My neighbor and friend made this cute blanket for baby Seth... I'm dying cause it's so cute.

The Wards

I'm starting to get back into some photo shoots again... man am I rusty and I really need a new camera, but this will do for now.  We got to go up Battle Creek Falls trail and take these on this past Saturday.  Such cuties!

Family pictures 2014

 

So my photographer moved to Kentucky... sad day, and I haven't found any other photographer that I like that does family pictures for less than $175... so we did an exchange.  I took Julie Ward's kids' pictures and she took pictures of me and my family.  It was really windy, and while the lighting was nice and even, I regretted not having a reflector... everyone's eyes are kind of dark. Maybe after I edit these the eyes will be better, but I'm glad to have new pictures with all my babies.

And I know this one isn't the best picture, but it kind of is Evelyn... always off doing something, refusing to let mom take pictures of just her... playing and running.

I love this one the most.

And the biggest plus side of our arrangement, we get to play with cousins. (Well, 2nd cousins I guess.)

This one's my next favorite... Love these kids.  Jer needs a haircut and I need to shave off about 100 lbs... but here we are, all together, and all happy.

Halloween

 

Pumpkin carving.  We put this off until the night before Halloween this time.  Life has been rolling right along and we haven't been able to catch up.

 

Our kids are starting to get to the independent stage... they have their own neighborhood friends that they could go out with... just not quite.  We went with Keith, Laurel and her sister.  Sam was Jake from Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Ada was Elsa (who I accidentally sprayed in the face with the hairspray... so she cried and her eye make up ran... Her eyes looked more like Betty Boop eyes than Elsa.), and Evelyn was Anna.  It was fun to have everyone go the same speed this time.

 

Part way around the block Seis and Leilei asked if they could come with us... so for a while I had 8 trick or treaters.  That was a new experience for me.  Their mom came and picked them up and we met up with the Bronley's for a while.  I like Trick or Treating because I get to see all my mom friends and walk around together.
